Core Aims

 Making the workplace better for the wellbeing of staff is known to have a positive impact on outcomes, but requires commitment, leadership and long term planning. JHT Associates develops collaborative partnerships with organisations who want to move in this direction.

Interventions are grounded in evidence based practice wherever possible and based on an assessment of the current workplace situation.

Associates are professionally qualified and customer confidentiality is given a high priority.

Working in partnership requires mutual trust and fair exchange. For our part we always strive to keep our promises, meet agreed deadlines and treat all staff we meet with respect.
